How to Delete Your Data from MHHelp
At MHHelp Zimbabwe, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish for us to retain your data, you can request that we delete your personal information from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can delete your data by following one of the methods below:
Via Email
Send an email to:
Include the following details:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email used to interact with our platform
- A statement requesting deletion of your personal data
Example:
Subject: Request for Data Deletion
Hello MHHelp Team,
I am requesting the deletion of all personal data associated with my account/contact information (phone/email: [your contact info]).
Thank you.
What Happens Next?
- Your chat logs and personal information (name, phone number, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our records.
- We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your data has been deleted.
Note:
- We may be required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
- You must use the same contact details you originally used with MHHelp for us to verify and process your request.
